The Welcome Seminars launch the new academic year. You’ll pick up your student card, get to know your campus, the student associations and all our teams.
Please find below your back-to-school date by program. Please note that there are specific Welcome Seminars for Exchange students, Bachelor Programs, Programme Grande École, Post-Graduate / Specialized Master Programs and Double Degree.
Your IÉSEG login will be sent to you once your application has been finalized, giving you access to the back-to-school week program and the full year program (which will be sent to you once your registration is completed).
It is compulsory for you to follow all presentations that concern you as we will be providing you with all the essential information & guidelines you require for your program & help with dealing with the compulsory tasks to be made for French administration.
For international students, the Welcome Seminars are organized in hybrid format if for visa/academic reasons you are not able to join us on campus. You will find the links to the Zoom presentations in your schedule.
